It was a usual slightly nasty McDonald's. I'm giving it four stars because of the ketchup dispenser made me laugh. It apparently had air in the line and shot ketchup all over this grumpy old man.
We took our Life Skills Class. The staff was so kind and patient. Ben and Blanca made it extra special.
The teenagers running the place are rude and impolite. They cannot make eye contact and are loathe to have to repeat themselves if you don't understand something. They are very inaccurate and imprecise on orders and even a large diet Coke takes 10 mins to complete. However, the cheeseburger was very good ... this time.
Almost 90% of the time that I go here they never have my order ready in the Drive-Thru and asked me to pull up. One time I sat there waiting for 18 minutes for my drive-thru order. I know this because I compared the time on my receipt to when I got my food finally. The staff there don't seem to care and it appears managerial staff either don't know that customers are waiting that long or they don't care either.
They go out of their way to make sure your order is correct and gotten to you in a timely manner
