Very bad experience. Went in to have 2 tires balanced. Pretty simple instructions. They rotated the tires instead. That should take 30 min or so. Took and hour and a half. Went back in. They were very sorry, put the tires back where they were supposed to be. They said they balanced the tires and they came out perfect. Left again, tires still not balanced. Went back. They told me it was my new wheels that were 1.25 pound out of balance. Knowing this was not true, I left. Figured 3 hours of my life wasted was enough. Went to another shop with people that know what they are doing. Tires balanced out perfectly and was on my way in 30 minutes. They have no knowledge of the equipment or how to use it.
Fast, Friendly and Great Price! Everyone was super professional and the service exceeded my expectations. The manger Ralph is top-notch and goes out of his way to make sure the customers come first. I’m a New customer for life!
I am now late for my 7:30 plans and am left concerned about my passenger side wheels.
I showed up at 5:00 and stuck around for another two and a half hours. I come to find out that two wheel studs (one on each passenger side wheel) are now broken, but "running on 4 out of 5 wheel studs will be just fine," and they "see it all of the time."
This is the best location for any vehicle service than any other Firestone in the KC metro area!
I made a 3:00 appointment for an oil change and 4 new tires. I was told everything would be done by 5:00. Fine by me.
I'm not sure if it's an understaffing issue, a management issue, or what, but something needs to be changed.
I cannot say enough on how great the guys are at this location! Dave, Jon, and Ralph are all amazing and have gone out of their way more than once to save me money, make sure I'm safe, and respect my time. I truly feel like more than "just another customer".
