I had a good experience and friendly service. I had my beard and head shaved. I got to the counter to find there was a 9 dollar charge for the beard trim. It is not on the price list board.
I tried to contact the company website to file a complain and It keeps asking to enter a location however they is not an option on the page.
I don't recommend this place. I went there twice and I got horrible haircut. They have no idea have to cut women hair. I got waaayy better service at Misu Sato Acedemy from students then at Smartstyle.
