If I had to rate the liquor store itself it would probably get a 2 star.. But the guy that's always there when I come in is the nicest man around. He seems like he's just happy a customer came in. He gets 5 stars. Great guy.
Went here on my 21st birthday to buy some drinks and head to a friend's house to celebrate. When I get to the counter to check out and show the man my ID he insists that he cannot sell me alcohol until the day AFTER my 21st. I don't know if this is store policy, or just ignorance of the law, but I was given no explanation a day simply showed the door. I then went right down the street and bought drinks using my ID. I've asked a number of liquor stores if they have ever heard of such a policy, the concensus is the man was either ignorant or didn't want to sell to me. Either way, I'll never go back.
I live real close to this neighborhood, so if I need some alcohol that Quiktrip doesn't have I'll come here. I must say I would like this place more if they had a bigger selection of wine. Their inventory is always real low when I come here, but luckily they always have what I need, it might be the last one, but I always tend to get it.
